All extensions we build have a dedicated project manager who liases with Local Authority Building Control and professional services including architects and structural engineers. We get favourable discounts from major builders' merchants - ultimately leading to a lower project cost for you.
For your peace of mind, 5 or 10 year insurance backed warranty comes as standard on all our extension projects. This means that you have the added assurance of n established insurance company paying for the cost of rectifying any faults or snagging issues.
